West Michigan DSM BBQ and club shootout - June 25th @ US131

Fastest Club Shootout & Inaugural BBQ

Theme: Clubs spanning the entire state of Michigan compete against one another for the honor of being declared the fastest club in Michigan. As an added benefit, all clubs are welcomed to hold their annual BBQ at the track.*

Date: June 25, Sunday
Time: 11am – 7pm, Finals 5pm-7pm
Price: $5 to watch, $5 Tech Card
Additional Rules: A club must have a minimum of 5 members racing.

Finals: The finals will be composed of a unlimited amount of cars competing in a single elimination race.

Recognition: Trophy to the Top Club

*In accordance to the liquor license, alcoholic beverages are not allowed to be brought into the park and will be confiscated.

Directions:

Exit 55 off of US 131 (Between Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids). The exit is for "Martin". Go West and take the first road to your left (12th Street). Go South on 12th Street for about 1 mile and the track is to your left.

Our local club, WMDSM will be competing in the event. For further information, feel free to post in this thread on our local board. This is a club competition, but any and all DSMs are welcome to come and help represent our local DSM community with WMDSM.

Damn it..........not again. Last time there was a meet I had prior arrangements as well. I am supposed to be in St.Ignace from 19th-25th. I could leave early from St.Ignace the 25th and drive all the way back down to 131.............but I better get some kind of trophy for that, haha. I hope I can make it. It will be my first meet, sounds fun.
