Ohh I'll be there, I'm writing 16g POWER on the back window this year, so I can have more gawkers come up to me, . I'm also going to the April 15th shootout against Evo STi which is open to all dsm's as well. Hope to see some of you guys there and get faces with names finally.

This is going to be my first time out there. Just bought my 98 GSX July 29th. There is going to be seven of us driving out there from Elyria OH. This is going to be awsome I can't wait!!! FINALLY I OWN A DSM!!!!!!

OK, now the title says the DSM shoot-out is August 12-14th but Buschur's website only shows the 14th. I've never been to the DSM shoot-out but was wondering if someone could clear up what takes place on each of the three days if this is actually three day event . Thanks in advance.

It is mainly an all weekend event. Everyone usually starts coming into town on thursday night , and friday throughout the day. We are usually pretty busy here all day friday as we are open and everyone is welcome to stop in and BS. Saturday we are having a dyno competition, un-official car show, open house and a hang out. Sunday is the actual race all day at the track. The shootout is a great time. The hotels get a bit rowdy at night and its just like a big party between the 3 hotels in Norwalk. If you've never been to one you should try to make it out. See ya guys!
