Anyone want to plan a meet during the Dream Cruise on August 21st?? That would be awesome!!

I never miss the dream cruise for anything!! I always have a party the Friday before the dream cruise too. Dreamchaser, the Dream Cruise is a HUMUNGOUS event on Woodward Ave. I guess the easiest place to tell you where it is would be Royal Oak because a lot of people know where Royal Oak is. It doesn't officially start until August 20th. But everybody cruises the whole weekend anyway, mostly the whole week. Woodward is JAM PACKED with HOTT cars and spectators for miles.

ill prob be there - redline reserved a spot somwere near 12 mile i think.
Did he really!? That would kick so much ass. He must've reserved it a long time ago because those spots go fast. I live right on 12 Mile, about 1/2 a mile from woodward. Somebody should tell Redline to respond on this forum on what the deal is with his spot on 12 Mile.

are you guys going to be there the day before? Anybody near me want to meet up and caravan there? PM me  :talon:

Alright. My car is gonna be all shitty lookin with gray primer all over it! But it will have nice wheels!!! :thumb:

Look for this girl in this car on Cruise Night. I think I'll be riding solo.

Well, if you're looking for riders......... ;)

I might be there with my GGSX or my 70 Buick Electra. Haven't made a decision yet. Either way, it's generally too slow to cruise more fun can be had just walking.

Agreed. I usually drive til I find a street that doesn't look too crowded to park on. Then it's off to the Mongolian BD pit and then to the sidewalks. Afterwards, it's off to Gratiot.

yea ill be thier all weekend, you wont miss the loud RFL either  but i hope to see some dsm's cruisin :thumb:

I was out there crusin' last night, went out to get some ice cream with my friend and sat and watched some cars. I saw one green talon go by and look over at me, just gave him the ol' wave. They were shutting down woodward last night at about 9:30 at 13 mile, so they made me detour to get my ice cream, f'n assholes, go eat some donuts and leave woodward alone.

I'll be down there the rest of the week. Seen quite a few Eclipses down their already as well as some other imports - mostly parked between 14 and 13 Mile. If you guys are gonna set something up to meet I'm in for sure. On a sidenote, I raced a 2g Eclipse two nights ago and got eaten alive (I'm not ashamed to admit). The guy was running a 16g turbo and an RFL BOV. If anyone can claim the fame I give you props. Sounds like it could be you jjbrasil...maybe?

And if anyone can claim the orange 3g Eclipse at the Speedway I would be most impressed. Just a couple mods...custom body kit, hydrolics, what looked like 19" rims... Wanted to get a look under his hood, but he took off as I was walking over. Turbo sounded nice with a loud BOV which I could hear over his custom dual exhaust. For not being a "show car" it was impressive.

I am goin down tonight to get some Gelato and watch some cars.

On Old woodward...downtown birmingham.
