FYI I went to this show and it was a great time even with 120 degree heat index. I didn't have my car there but I took tons of pics. I'll have some pics of the event if anyone is interested. I have to wait until I hear back from a couple of publications but I'll post them up soon.

Point of Interests:

1. Shepherds car is looking good after some changes he's made! If you have not been to a NOPI event this year I sugguest you go just to see this car.

2. The only names I can think of off the top of my head that made it this year were Rau, Hudson, Shepherd, and Mike Rieken. There may have been more but I didn't see them. Didn't get to see Glazer this year either... I don't know what happend to his car. Didn't see Jeff Harrington or Kerri Runnoe either. Hope to see these guys in Memphis or perhaps the shootout.

3. Even if you a pure hardcore DSM'er there were TONS of cool cars there this year. One of my favorites was the Titan Celica and the Signal Skyline.

4. Siueclipse from this board took 2nd in his class. Only beat by a 3rd Gen. So technically he had the nicest DSM there.


There was tons to do and it was a really good time. If your in the memphis area this next weekend I recommend you go to this.

haha... i'm pissed i couldn't go... i had work.... my friend, he knows the guy who owns showoff audio, who supposedly hosted the event, which is cool....

man, i'm really pissed i didn't go... this one girl i know, she got 1st in her class, her mom got second in her class, and her brother got first in his class (her mom and bro were in the same class)... her bro isn't even 16 yet, so he only has his permit... so their whole family got second or better... so that was cool as shit...
