well my transfer case is leaking and it's should be under the recall right... I called the chrysler dealer off of rt1 in woodbridge and they said that my car is not under the recall. How could that be? Anyone know any other chrysler dealer in nova to get it fixed? should I call chrysler and let them know? I'm scared it's going to lock up on me while driving.

thanks

theres a thread started about this go in there get the number for chrysler and call them they will get it straightened out for you chrysler has to do it

Although I know that link has all the info, I'm dealing with that BS right now as well, and just figured I'd share my experience. The number you need to call is 1-800-992-1997, stupid automated machine, there's an option for recall info. HAVE THEM CALL THE DEALERSHIP! They told me the same thing. They will tell you 'they can't get payed for performing recall work again', and that's when you tell them to call DaimlerChrysler, because they will pay them to do the work. Just get indignant with the service writer or whoever you talk to. They get scared when people know what they are talking about :thumb: . The transfer case recall must be performed as many times as it is needed, and if they refuse it, they can be liable for fines, because it is a major safety issue. By the way, have them check out your front upper ball joints, as they are also under a recall. Good luck.
