I recently noticed that my car has been leaking oil more than usual so I decided to pull the engine/trans sometime next month to reseal it and clean it up from all the leaks. Also, while the engine is out I figure it's the best time to go ahead and do any and all preventative and past due maintenance since I've had the car for a year and a half and haven't really put much into it and have no idea of what, if anything had been done to the motor by the PO. Car has almost 145k miles, currently.

I'm not planning on racing the car, I just want to drive it without being scared of snapping a TBelt or random oil leaks, ya know?

So far I have a parts list consisting of, but not limited to:

Engine:
Master seal kit
Head gasket kit
Head bolts
Timing belt kit
Balance shaft delete
Valve cover gasket kit
Intake/Exhaust/Turbo gaskets (Check turbo for wear/replace if needed)
Fuel Injector O Rings
Throttle body gaskets
Coolant hoses
Thermostat
RRE Vacuum line kit
Fresh oil/filter/coolant
All new all-poly mounts (Not inserts)

Trans:
Braided clutch line
New OEM clutch master
New OEM clutch slave
New OEM clutch fork/fulcrum (Already have)
Clutch kit <--------- Need suggestions here
New trans fluid

Is there anything else I should plan on getting? I'm not planning on pulling the motor often so I'd like to replace everything I need to while it's out.

Thanks...

Throttle body shaft seals and while the motor is out it is so much easier to do rack and pinion work if you need it as we'll as subframe bushings just my .02!

Edit I forgot the pesky rear roll stop too!

When I had my massive wheel hop problem I replaced all but the rear one with OEM mounts with poly inserts. I'll just skip straight to all solid mounts this time.

Unless you have a 6-bolt, the head bolts should be replaced with studs.

For the clutch, it depends on your goals. The South Bend kits are your best bang for the buck right now, but no sense in spending 500+ for a clutch if you don't plan to make over stock horsepower.
