Okay, so I've been ... "parting" together a 1990 Eagle Talon TSi, only probably so far is, I have the engine and transmission (finally) but i don't have the bolts to connect the Engine and Transmission and Transfercase all together, and its not easy to find these bolts in a "kit" or such as ya can in a honda/gm/ford it seems. I was wondering if anyone had the Sizes of the bolts that i'll need to connect the Three together? and also what size are the bolts used in the motor/tranny mounts? I was suggested using the mount bolts from a honda civic... but... wanted to ask here before i did that haha

From my... Hands-ish on research im thinking the tranny bolts are 14mm and need to be about 2 1/2 inches long? and the Engine Mount bolts are about 18mm on the right engine, and tranny and the front egine mount its bigger any info would greatly help!

Transmission mount bracket to transmission bolts - M12 x 1.25mm pitch x 30mm long
Transmission to engine bolts (threading into the block) - M10 x 1.25mm pitch x 40mm, 43.5mm, and 65mm long
Engine to transmission bolt (threading into the transmission, firewall side of the block) - M8 x 1.25mm pitch x 60mm long
Transfer case to transmission mounting bolts - M12 x 1.25mm pitch x 70mm (qty. 2) and 130mm (qty. 3) long
Front engine roll stopper bracket to engine mounting bolts - M12 x 1.25mm pitch x 25mm long (qty. 2)
Rear engine roll stopper bracket to engine mounting bolts - M12 x 1.25mm pitch x 28.5mm long (qty. 2)

Hope that helps.

If you want the proper bolts, order them from JNZ Tuning. Here is a link with their selections of transfer case bolt kits (auto and manual) as well as the universal transmission-to-block bolts. Use the numbers below to order the other stuff you need through their OEM catalog.

For anyone who is curious, here are individual part numbers, in no particular order:

Transmission to block- MF241251, MF140021, MD706012, MF140266, MD740892, MF241223
Transfer case to transmission (manual)- MD718549 (shorties, you need 3), MF241319 (long, you need two)

Transmission mount to transmission- MF241309 (you'll need two)

Depending on where your mounts were taken apart, these numbers may not be the ones you need. I'm only listing the actual hardware that holds the mounts to the block:

Engine mount to block bolts: MF241307 (front, x2), MF241307 (rear, x2), MU240123 (driver side, x2),
And the hardware to attach the front part of the driver side mount to the studs coming from the block (need two of each)- MF430122 (nut), MS450043 (lock washer), MB007174 (plain washer).

Hopefully this is a little bit clearer than mud and helped you out. I was looking for an excuse to play around in ASA. :p
