I am having a oiling issue. My head gets oil but its definitely isn't enough. If I take the oil cap off with the engine idling I get a few small splashes up out of the hole. It is to the point that my lifters can't fully open the valves. I do have have 3g lifters and wasn't having a problem until recently "re-assembling" my motor. By the way, its not enough of a lack of oil to create any lifter tick. It just runs a little choppy and boost is limited to the small amount of air that my valves are allowing to enter and exit the head.
With that being said, does anyone here know of a way to feed oil to the head besides the head stud hole in the left front of the head (standing in front of the car)? I'm almost positive that I have a blockage in the feed from the block to the head because it wants to run too good and my oil pressure never really drops besides the normal amount associated with the engine warming up. So I'm positive I haven't spun a bearing or anything. I currently have approximately 60 miles on this new crank and bearings and I don't want to kill my turbo. I know it can't possibly be getting the oil it needs If the head isn't getting sufficient oil to run correctly.
Thanks. Any insight would be appreciated.
