2G AEM EMS no spark 1+4

my car has been sitting for a few months so with the weather not gettin any better i decide to start it about 2 weeks ago and all the car did was crank.
stat sync comes on,regulator reads 38psi so theres fuel in the rail.
manually setup triggers through throttle and im only gettin spark on 2+3.

-replaced ignitor,plugs,cop,checked wiring from ecu-ptu-coils
aem found nothing wrong with my ecu,just waiting on getting it back.
car ran fine before

what else would cause no spark on 1+4
mpi relay?fuses?

i also noticed that with "key on" if i move the box slightly i hear a on\off clicking sound
is the relay goin bad?

2g head,1g black cas
cop coils

you did make sure you gapped you're spark plugs to .028 and used copper ones correct?

As far as the clicking sound, i have heard that on all of my turbo dsm's that i have owned..Have you disconnected the battery for about five min and connected it again then tried? If it does start there is somethin goin on with the ecu most likely. (Thats whats going on with mine right now)

according to aem there are no moving parts inside the box,so the sounds cant be coming from the ecu.
i left car overnight with battery disconnected to make sure and still clicks

tested both fuel pump/mfi relay
fuel pump- 70 ohms
mfi-67 ohms
good or bad?

is it possible the cas is bad even though stat sync comes on.
what else would control spark?

i traced the blue/red wire(coil 1) to the speed detection connector(blue plug by the firewall).this is where it changes color to the black/white wire that goes into pin 8 of the ignitor. one of the wires broke off at the blue plug.
