ok so i have replaced the whole cultch system flywheel, clutch disc, pressure plate, TOB, master and slave cylinders. My problem is that when i installed the master and slave cylinders it ran fine for a week then the master blew. I put a new master and slave again and with the master cylinder rod all the way out towards the driver seat it would not build pressure to go into gear at all. so i adjusted the rod toward the firewall and now i feel it has too much pressure building up i can feel that its not traveling down to the floor as far as it shld i got real small pedal travel before it bottoms out like 4-5 inches and it goes into gear and shifts fine but the clutch is slipping likes it not engaging all the way and this is ### happend when the 1st new master blew. i kept the old slave cyl. rod and put it in the new one the new one came with a new rod but was a little bit shorter than the one i got in there now. could this be part of the problem and should i put the shorter one in and try adjusting the mater rod out again... its jus that i got no pressure at all or i get too much preesue. I NEED HELP I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING THIS PROB FOR 2 MONTHS AND IM GETTIN FED UP WITH IT. ###ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ HELP ME!!! thanks for the help! any advice helps

so i made sum minor adjustments... turned out to be the pedal stop and the master cyl. rod needed adjustments i took it for a drive and it shifts fine and the pressure feels right not to much anymore but the clutch still slipping but not as bad as it was and its brand new could that be because the slave cyl. rod is too long and i should put the shorter one in?... and i did not do anything with the pivot ball.

Im guessing your slipping around 3k rpms. And when your on the freeway say 65 and you floor for speed your rpms get stuck?
If your doing the longer rod for the slave cylinder don't do it. It is just a ghetto rig to get rid of the problem, but it's still there.
After you find the right adjustment on the master your all set. The real problem is throw out bearing related. You either need to change your fork and pivot ball. If all that is fine then something with your input shaft is wrong. I am having the same problem. Your last chance is just changing to a whole different tranny.
Next time use proper grammar. It's hard to read your post:hmm: rule #5

yes its slipping around 3k rpms and i am starting to hear the TOB rattel a little bit but it didnt start doing that untill lastnight after i got done working on it. and are you saying if i put the shorter rod in and get the master cyl. rod adjustment right it will stop slipping?

i think i have fixed the problem... and My Dreamt DSM i had to adjust the master cyl. rod by touch of the slave cyl. move the master cyl. rod untill u can push the slave cyl. by hand at the clutch fork and then go in with the master cyl. rod untill u cant push the slave cyl in and back it off a quarter of a turn or so and that was that... my clutch doesnt slip anymore and i still have pressure in the pedal and shifts awsome. I hope this helps u since u have almost the same problem as me if u have any questions on how i explained it than jus ask and i will try a little bit hareder to elaberate for you. thank you everyone for your help
