Need help with ECU

I have a 96 eclipse gst that does not want to start. So i need help from a local dsm enthusiast that would be willing to loan me his ecu to see if that is really the problem why my engine isnt running. I have no spark in cylinder 1 or 4 and i know its not the coils because ive tested them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah youre in New York. Of course you cant help. Anything to get your post count up huh?

OP, I have a spare ECU that I pulled from my GST to replace with an EPROM. Youre more than welcome to use it for testing but its quite a drive for either of us.

Bob guy Im in the EXACT SAME SITUATION must be the weather?? My eclipse is not getting fuel or spark. Im trying to find some one local to swap with me to diagnose it. Im in Murrieta and I think I might of found some one here to help me out. If I can diagnose mine and it is an ecu Il replace it, With a good one and Il get in touch with you. So we can do yours. The only thing I ask is you do the same if you diagnose yours before me and replace it. Well try it my car. Pm me on here if you want. Il keep checking back here.
