I was just wondering if these logs are ok. I think I have some knock on each log, what should I do add some more fuel or turn down boost?
The 1st log is at 17.5 PSI, 2nd log at 18 PSI, 3rd at 15 PSI:

I'm far from an expert as I am learning as well, but I'll give it a shot since I managed to tune my car decently at 19psi with similar mods.

First off I think you should stick with your 15psi log/setting first, aim to tune all the knock out there, then try increasing the boost. Rinse and repeat until you can't tune out the knock anymore without getting timing pulled.

I see you're WOT @ 2600...does your turbo spool at around 3700? I thought 16G was faster than that. I'm wondering why your timing doesn't set until around there.

Anyway, looking at the 3rd log 15 psi, I'd add the fuel like this:

4200 ~ 4700 +1%
5400 +2%
6200 +1%

Then do another pull and see how it compares.
 
Hard to tell what exactly is going going on with only those three variables. As Spyder indicated please start with adding airflow correction factors and re-log with RPM/Timing/Airflow/front 02.

Front o2's are not vary accurate in WOT tuning but they do provide a fairly good indication of any fuel delivery issues. Highly doubtful, but if your walbro was going out you would see a decrease in fuel 02 voltage while kock was rising. When my rewired 2g pump was going out it was pretty apparent the pump was just not cutting the delivery needs of my 14b. Strange, but real.. In 3rd gear starting at 1500hz (2.3g/rev) I was seeing voltage drop pretty hard from .92 down to .80 by 6000 RPM. My timing curve was worse then yours, it started around 8deg at threshold, fell to 6 and barley made it past 9 by 6000rpm. None the less, be cognoscente of that.

The only thing I can really see from those logs are a possible boost/pre-exhaust leak or failing turbo. Your boost threshold starts pretty late in the RPM band. Your first log around 3600-3800rpm, 2nd around the same, and 3rd around 3600rpm. It's tough to say which one without looking at it. I've had all three and their all a pain in the ass.

A few things that will help you diag the problem will be to pressure test the 16g at 20p-25si. Anything more on these small 14b/16 turbos will just push air past the seals and you will hear a leak coming from the valve cover, and out of the ventilation nipple, or a dripping noise coming from the oil pan. Second, depending on what type of turbo studs you used and when you installed the turbo you might have had a couple of turbo bolts back out a little. I tried using some Ebay turbo studs and they were crap. They kept backing out. If you start hearing a small whistling sound under boost coming from the drivers side engine bay while driving you might want to check the studs. When your turbo starts to go out you can also hear a similar whistle, but more of a whine. It's really hard to explain, It sounds alot like a high pitched leaking BOV. Third, blown exhaust or turbo gasket or failing turbo, or combination of all 3. Which was my case with my old 14b, it was such a pain in the ass..

Just out of curiously are you having any trouble with your LTFT tuning? Are you having a hard time getting stable and close to 100%? I just noticed you don't have a AFPR with that walbor. FPR overrun is ALOT less common with 1g's but I just thought I would ask...
