Timing is good, but still have a few questions

I need your thots on this log. I've got my timing looking good, but what I don't understand is it seems to take awhile to hit full boost. (Timing hits it's lowest at 4800 rpm) I was expecting it to be at it's lowest in the high 3k's??

I'm running with a Turbonetics T3/T04E 50 Trim. Is this normal for that turbo?

Also, I have read about the Airflow value and increasing the PSI.. but to be honest I still don't understand how to tell if I can increase boost. I don't think 20-22 psi is out of the question on pump 94 gas, but I don't know how to interpret the airflow. Anyone care to explain? What's your opinion.. should I increase boost more?

Okay, here's the log, 3rd gear pull, running at 18psi.

When do you see full boost on your gauge?

You have boost leaks. Even a few minute ones will be detrimental to your tune.
