I got a pretty decent log going on here...

I'm in the proccess of calibrating my MAF-T with DSMLink and I'm getting pretty close, but it seems the closer I get to an accurate boost reading the more knock I get.

Can you guys take a look at this and possibly give me some advice, thanks.

Mods: VPC Intake, Dejon UICP, GM MAF, MAF-T, 3.3GMBar, DSMLink.

Recently my engine is sounding "harder" in the higher RPMs, consistant with the knock readings I'm getting. The sparkplugs are whiter than Michael Jackson.

I take it from your airflow numbers your still running your stock t-25 turbo? Your log looks great for the amount of airflow your pushing. Have you changed your fuel pump? or rewired it? I'm guessing based off your fuel and airflow sliders your having a tough time getting your LTFT +/-5% am I right? How is your airflow at idle?

You have to remember that peak cylinder pressure occurs the same time VE is at it's highest (4500RPM-6500RPM) & where knock is most prevelent to occur. The factory's idea of knock retartent throw more fuel into the combustion chamber to cool it down. Upto 55% above 4500RPM. In your case airflow in never peaking over 1.9g/rev placing you somewhere between 35-45% enrichment above stocho. If you had a wideband you could caculate your actual enrichment % based off AFR and caculated airflow.

That amount of knock is absolutly not a detrimental issue. I would start by getting your airflow sliders back to normal, zeroing out your fuel sliders and increse boost upto 15psi and repost a log. From their if your knock is the same I would start adding timing above your peak boost at 3000rpm.
