I have a 1997 eclipse RS.... Belt/idlers are shot.... totally.... went to replace them myself but I really don't have the tools. would pay for labor or even tow it to you.
If anyone's interested in helping me out just make an offer on how much you want.

would prefer if you have done it a few times/had experience with timing belts.
I live in Camp Hill PA
