wow pretty unique seems like a great car runs high 10's i'd buy that.

Id rather stick to one motor. Thats twice of everything. Might aswell done a twin turbo v8 swap. How does that even work!?...it would have been wayyy!!! Better to just keep the one engine in the back and have a mid engine dsm! :D. Damn that would be amazing!

You sure its not just another dsm with a spare engine in the trunk just in case?

Seriously though, that's awesome. I wonder what the track time and dyno numbers of this car if any.

If you actually read all of it you'll see that it's a no shit professionally built car that puts down serious power (640) and actually ran a 10.7

it says it runs 10's and hp is in the 600's. it's just 2 300hp motors.

just clicked the link and it says 10.7 and 640 hp

Exactly! Imho i think that was just a waste of time and money. With all the costume fab work and the price of the second motor, tranny, ect he could have gotten one of the motors to that 640 hp mark. And way easier.

2 times the parts of a regular 1g to go wrong 2x's the price and not faster than single engine car. Unique i guess. Fail on time, money, labor, and parts

2 Timing belts to change every 60k OMG. Ill pass. Im with everyone else 10.7 on two engines doesnt impress me.

If you think about it its less strain on the whole system! As each engine will be pushing and pulling so if 1 engine if pulling harder the other is pushing to catch up and there for less strain on the entire system! I think its a great idea and very VERY cool idea and a massive  to the builder! Only the other day was thinking of putting an RB26DETT in the eclipse LOL. Or even convert it to a mid-engined 4G63 kinda like this one but loose the front engine!
