How in the hell do you drive a million plus dollar car into a swap and blame your cell phone and a bird? Why would you be driving a Bugatti and talking on the phone in the first place?

Expect a car like that would have everything but it doesn't. My 2009 DD Corolla XRS comes with Blue tooth and leather seats for a price thats right. So sad... poor car

I call BS on the phone and the bird.

He probably over-drove the car, managed to brake and scrub a decent amount of speed before ending up in the water.

I totaled a 3-series during a spirited drive. I was doing about 100 in a 30, and the road ended without a single warning sign. I managed to threshold brake, and hit a 9" granite curb (in a car that was 5" off the ground) doing about 40. The impact bent the frame to the point of the sunroof coming out of the car. I only went about 20 feet after the curb because the impact took off a ton of speed.

When the cops arrived, i was "adjusting my radio". They didn't notice that all 4 rotors were pure blue.

Being able to afford a car, and being able to drive a car, have little to do with each other. I, too, doubt that there was any bird. Remember a couple of years back, some dumb-ass totalled an f-40 on the freeway, in Los Angeles, and it got caught on video?

doubtful, i remember watching top gear when Jeremy was racing the Bugatti against a plain and during it he called an insurance company to see how much it would be to insure it. After about a half hour on the company finally decided that they couldn't insure it or something like that. I'll have to find that top gear.
