You know how old people sit on their rocking chairs and complain about how their knee hurts and that a storms coming? I thought that was a crock of shit. My arm feels like JUST how it did after I broke it. FML. WHY?!?

That cracked through both Tibia and fibia, and yeah, that is a chip that is floating in my arm somewhere.

Think it has something to do with the actual break being more dense than the rest of your bone and the barometric pressure when there's a storm or weather in general.

Just an assumption though.

ive had 3 shoulder surgiers on my rotator cuff from tearing it 3 separate times when i wrestled in high school and this happens to me still too and idk why haha

I know your pain. I have had both my knees repaired, shoulder repaired and a couple of broken bones.

I can tell you when a storm is coming from 2 months away.

haha yea i can def tell when a storm is a coming or when the weather is gonna get kinda crappy my shoulder tightens up and gets stiff and hurts like a mofo especially if im working outside on my car or on the yard or something

I broke mine snowboarding as well. But it was my elbow. It snapped the other way and shattered in 4 places. Had to get 6 pins and 22 staples to put it back together. Ouch. I don't notice my arm hurting more when the rain is coming, but maybe that's because it always rains here. Only time it really bothers me is if I sleep on it wrong or something.

Also, I broke my left arm in the same place as yours when quad riding years ago. After that got fixed, it's been as good as new.

I thought that pain old people get was more from arthritis or similar joint problems, not broken bones.

Happens to me all the time. Blew out my knee 8 years ago and until this day it pains me when the weather is bad. It's the strangest shit..

knock on wood, I've never broken anything. Ever since I can remember, I've had a bodily reaction to cold-fronts; like I don't want to get out of bed in the the morning 'cause it just feels so good. Like I'm happier when that clean, dense Canada air descends upon us. I just feel refreshed by it.
Sort-of how paranormal-believers, ghost- and alien-nuts, say; Our bodies are tuned-in to and sensitive to a whole array of things that no one ever thinks about.
Plus, some injuries never heal completely. They're never the same again afterwards.

You just have to learn to control your powers Lofty! Like the Dizzum Monster, who must only use his powers for good!

I'm not saying those phenomena ARE paranormal, I'm saying that everyone is sensitive to them, without usually thinking about it. AND paranormal nuts use those natural sensations to justify their nuttiness.

I have to admit I do too. A few minutes of GH and project runway here and there with the GF ensures a steady supply of sex. I have to give GH credit as being the least hammed-up shows of the genre. And maybe they were one of the originals, too. While that girl, Kris, I think, is pretty cute, she's got nothin' on Heidi Klum!

eh i have pieces of my shin floating around in my leg, i was hit in the leg in football. my bone was sticking out, and the coach told me to keep playing...

AND a few weeks ago i stepped on a 5" thorn. yeah 5". it was at work, so i had workers comp for 3 weeks. but it ended up going thru my shoe, in my toe, thru my bone, thru my toenail, and out the top of my toe, and right out of my shoe. had to have surgery on it... was in the hospital for about 7 hours.

I broke right hand wrist snowboarding too. When I'm lifting something heavy or typing for a long time I get a pain in my wrist. Especially when trying to break a damn bolt loose.
