My long awaited Custom SS o2 housing

So here for a while now ive been waiting to build this Custom o2 housing .I`m a welder for this big company and i have access to alot of metal and what not. Anyway ive made alot of different things for my car. From modified my 2g intercooler to work on a 1g alot of modifing to do that. Over flow bottle my own alternater relocation kit ect .Anyways ,as far as the o2 housing go`s i made the whole o2 housing except for the cones that go from 2" to 3" and the dump tube cone as well.Also the flanges for the 2 piece dump tube . I cut the main flange for the housing out myself with a plasma cutter.I did the welding myself too. Hope everyone enjoys this.Thanks

I guess its nice for your setup, but sucks that you had to rid of your PS. Anyway to make it more straight down rather then a slow curve?

Yeah the ps has been gone even before this set up . I like the ps but I don't need it . As far as the curve . The exhaust is going out of front bumper so that's why it has a slow curve to it.it's just something I've been waiting to build for a while. And if someone wanted to buy it later on they would have to run my set up. I'm happy with it . Thanks for your reply .

Looks really good...What thickness was the flange cut from? I have done a few DP flanges for turbos you cna't buy them for and used 1/2 mild steel (hot rolled). I'm just wondering if that flange was SS and if you had any issues with warpage while making it.

Either way, it's a great looking 02 housing and a very nice job on your behalf... YOu should have pu this up in the custom fab section...we need more stuff from fab guys in there

P.S. where in F-burg are you? I lived there most of my teenage years through age 20...then unfortunate circumstances landed me in omaha , ne 12 years ago
