What's up with their crappy writing/editing lately? I used to buy that mag every once in awhile just for kicks, but lately it's hard to read any of it and not think the writer knew absolutely jack-shit about the cars or even their basic function. I guess stoner english majors are more likely to write or edit for them than people who've actually turned a wrench in their life.
I saw this sentence recently "the spearco intercooler provides the turbo with fresh cool air"...
Yea the writers dont seem to know too much anymore. Didnt they have a tsi awd with a 20g, and had to use nitrous to get in the 12's? That blue 3kgt was unreal too, twin evo 3's at 16 psi, putting down over 500whp.
it is my personal favorite show car... to bad it never see's the track
You haven't known me very long, Billy. It saw the track every weekend other than the last two years. I have other hobbies that need attending to. I have yet to see anything of yours at a track or even on the road for that matter.

Yea.. I remember the hay days when I would bump into Mark and the local bar and check in on the status of his GVR4 and it seemed like everytime I talked to him he was shaving a 1/2 sec. off his 1/4 mile time.
It gets to the point where the track won't let you run unless you've got a roll cage and all the other safety requirements and if you keep up with all of that, you don't have a sweet and sexy sleeper anymore.
Nice, i love seeing dsms every once in a while in the spo com scene magazines that mainly focas on nissans hondas... The writing is pretty poor half the time, you can tell that half these mag writers dont have much experience with turbo/dsm/ high performance cars/terms etc... Modified mag has nice pictures though, as far as the reading goes id rather read turbo magazine...
