So I've come across a number of threads in this forum that are about bad relationships. People getting cheated on, people that are unhappy, people asking if certain behavior by their girlfriend is cause for concern, etc - and they all are asking what they should do about it. (I'll refer to the significant other in question as 'her' since most people who complain here are male and are referring to a female).
Here's some good old fashion advice that Dr. Phil and all the other experts will give you - LEAVE HER NOW! If you're not happy with the person, or you feel you can't trust her, leave. If the person cheats on you, log off right now and go tell her she's history. If you don't think this is the person you'll spend the rest of your life with, leave her and don't waste another precious day of your life with her. Life is too short, and chances are, you're too young. There are plenty of other people out there that could be a better match for you. It's that simple. You're not married to her, nor should you be if she causes you grief. If you're a teenager, you shouldn't be concerned anyway - you're too damn young to worry about relationships. Quit your damn sniveling and get your ass out there and have fun while you still can. That's what being a teenager is all about. If I hear another teenager whining about a relationship I swear I'll slap them silly! What the hell are you doing worrying about this crap at your age? You'll have the rest of your life to be miserable at the hands of a female. Don't be in such a damn hurry!

Just ####ing LEAVE the person! The truth is staring you right in the face and it's so simple that you shouldn't even have to ask for it. We actually had to post a rule asking people not to post relationship threads because 90% of them were so damn obvious. There's no reason for you to even waste time and energy on the subject asking us what we think. Just leave her. That's what's great about our hobby - it takes our mind off of other things that don't deserve the importance we give it. Get into your car, spend more time with your friends, and stop wasting your energy, your time and your life on someone who isn't worth it. And please don't ask us what you should do - it's quite obvious.
If this applies to you, don't waste space in our forums asking what you should do. We just gave you the perfect advice. If you choose not to accept this advice, we don't want to hear your crying. If we come across threads where this advice applies, we'll close the thread and link to this post. Consider this an FAQ on bad relationships. If you haven't read it already, read it now. Hopefully this thread will cut down on the number of relationship threads that are posted.
