I found some pics on one of my digi cameras, I gotta get my other one from the shop for the finished product pictures but here's the 2000 civic with 2000 H22A4. It's pretty fun to drive considering how much more torque it has compaired to the SOHC VTEC that was in it. I'll post some more pics of it when I find my other camera.

Nice Job man!!!!!!! No put a turbo on that sucker :thumb:

Hehe, thanks. I think we're gonna try a T-25 and see what happens. I don't want to go overboard with it and break it right after we just finished LOL. I might just stick my old T25, 450s, a new pump, and Hondata that biotch. Then it'll be really fun.

Believe it or not I couldn't find a C5 around here or on the net from a repitable company (Type R was the original plan) so the more difficult H22 just sounded like it would be a little more rare.

Edit: and honestly you can bearly tell it's a different engine handling/braking wise. I guess the rumor was only a mith.

civilude? why not previc. we dont hate on all hondas, just the ones who think an intake and exhaust will make them a V8 eater. and how much heavier is the h22 than the b series engines?

nice swapo dude.

MO-TOWN!!!! LOL lets go cruise mchenry and race some ricers and hicks ;) (can you tell where i used to live)

its 80lbs heavier then the b series motor. not too bad. power def makes up for it =)

LOL you just posted exactly what i do every dam weekend. make fun of them urban cowboys and their lifted trucks making up for something ;) , and smoking the riceboys in their "modded" 89 accord automatics. i love this city. and now we go to tracy every so often for the streetraces there, people come from even the bay area and sactown for the fun.

where in tracy? i might be coming down in june for some family visiting, got family in tracy and modesto and the bay. any contenders or just basic modded cars? =)

Only problem is once you get used to the pull, you can't turn up the boost and tune.

mountain house road, its right off of I-205...be careful though, cops show up all the time....they busted 300 peeps a few weekends ago......we have seen a few nicely modded dsm's and evo's, but they usually just sit and watch, its mostly the ricers with intake and exhausts that race..... :thumbdown

sick!!! i started off doing honda hybrid motor swaps. i did an h22a in a 4th gen accord. good job man, they sure are fun to drive. :thumb:

My friends and I stopped going completely... last time I did, the cops showed up 20min after it started.

Last summer is when it was good :D

cool swap...

just makes u wonder all these people swapping engines and stuff in hondas.. why dont they just come stock with the h22 anyway?? then hondas would actually be fast stock and wouldnt be so ghey in general

That little shit is going be pretty fast, but please take off that sticker from the wwindshield.

Not to rain on your party, but we got a local kid around here. His name is cody, and he does everything honda. This winter, he was bored, so he took one of his del sols, converted it to rear engine, rear wheel drive, its running a T4 turbo, pushing around 400hp ATW, and has to run wheelbars, you can literaly lift up the front end with out much trouble. The car is insane. He also has a rear wheel drive 98 Civic, and a new Neon SRT4. If you wana check out more go to www.lovefab.com The kid builds honda turbo manifolds for a living...

yeah we started going last summer, but we (me and krazywhitboy) havent gone yet this year, prolly cause we keep hearing every weekend its another bust. guess well just have to scout new terrain to keep it going. yeah djpast, hit us up when you get here, well get something together. :thumb:
