Hey guys. I recently bought a 95 talon from a guy and he said the previous owner did the drop on it. The guy doesnt know what kind of springs were used or what so how can i tell?

Take the spring out, clean it and look at it. Most companies put their name and some numerical identification on them. Usually the numbers will relate somehow to spring length, spring diameter, and spring rate.
