Pirelli P7000 Super Sports

I plan on buying a new set of these tires. Right now I'm riding on 215/40/18 but I want to bump the front tires up to 225/40/18. Anyone have this combo on their FWD set-up for their front tires? I'm just curious about rubbing. I've tried 235/40/18 and they rubbed. So I want to try 225s but I want to make sure they do not rub. Anyone?

You might just want the p7000. I was reading in the new SCC that the supersport cost more because they have a w/s rating. I guess for performance the p7000 are better with handling etc.

I had this setup on my GS with a 2 inch drop and it gave me no problem whatso ever. Go For it....
