Best lowering springs?

what about sprint springs and sprint shocks? I saw a package deal on ebay for this setup for less than $300 tell me watcha think about sprint?

Personally, I'd recommend Eibach Pro-Kits, only for the simple fact that they are a very stiff spring and won't slam your car. When you start lowering a car something like 2", something has to give...by way of your shocks, ball joints, control arms, etc. So when you do get some lowering springs, look to invest in some better struts, and a decent camber kit.
