Shocks or sway bars to stiffen

I want to stiffen my car and loose bodt roll without lowering or change my stock springs and not spend a bunch, I have a friend that runs a local tire store and he said he could sell me a set of Monroes installed for $300, would those help any, or what about a set of front and rear anti roll bars . Thanks For any help on this.

Get some Konis or KYB AGX for good shocks that help handling. And sway bars rid your car of body roll as well. Either one.

If I could only do one or the other, good shocks or good sway bars, witch one would stiffen the car better?

Well, I would say shocks. But, shocks effect ride quality whereas sway bars have no effect on ride quality. If it were me, I'd get sway bars.

That makes sense, thanks a lot, this has been driving me crazy. I am going to start looking for a set of sway bars now, if anyone has a set let me know?
