R1 coilovers any good? or should I go with springs?

I was surfing ebay today and saw these R1 coilovers dirt cheap. Anyone ever use these? They're like $100 shipped.

Saw some goldline lowering springs cheap too. Anyone heard anything on them?

if you want sleeve coilovers, spend the money for ground controls, they are worth it (unless you wanna get the Tanabe Sustec Pros or some Tein REAL coilovers for 1200$ or more), if you dont wanna spend that much, get some H&R Race springs like i got worth the money, well known brand, CRAZY low, and nice ride, just my $.02
