Really don't know if this is the right fourm but i looked in the newbie forum and didn't see any wheel info so i thought i would ask here, if you want to flame me, fine i like new material here and there but to the question:

Ok my brother hit a curb going somewhere around 35mph, it was my car which upset me a lot, so my stock rims are ruined and I need help, as i said i am a newbie and i don't really know anything about my eagle except that it is a 95 and a tsi. So any websites, or ideas you can give me to help me with the replacement of the new wheels (maybe the biggest possible for 17s). I would rather give up my stock rims and go with something new. So ideas would be nice if this is the wrong forum you can flame me because it is easy. Alright thanks in advanced

Josh

P.S. the parentals took my brother's car away and make him walk to work. So it is somewhat redeeming

-=whew=- I was afraid you were pregnant.

Yeh, eBay, classifieds here, DSMTrader, and just about all the online tire shops have specials going.
Just to get yourself running, you might want to start with a used set of factories, and have the suspension checked by a shop. Then start looking for the blingity-blinger setup.

LOL

Back on topic....

Go to Sears or somewhere that will look at your car for free. You could have been your control arms or a strut hitting a curb. I slammed in to a curb in a Talon and it didn't leave a mark on the car, but I hit a curb in a 02 Grand Am and it totally goofed up the front suspension

Your best bet for wheels are these boards. Some guys will sell their stock wheels+tires (maybe you want 3G wheels?) cheap since they just spent $700 or more on new aftermarket wheels and need cash. Other guys will sell their aftermarkets for much, much less than new (almost half sometimes!) because they are going back to stock wheels/tires and they need the $$$!!
