Man my car feels like crap at bumps and on bad roads, i have the stock shocks wich are KYB and man they feel worse than my friends mitsu mirage or my mom's caravan. What shocks/springs will give me good performance and improve my ride quality??

those struts are probably blown if they aren't riding good. WHen my stock sus was on it felt real good. go get it checked out someplaceor heck you can crawl under your car and make sure nothing is leaking out of the struts and that the rod in the middle of the strut or the strut body is not dented or damaged.

i was wondering the same thing but im trying to decide which offers the best ride coilovers or a pair of konis i also want to lower my car 1.5"

koni's won't lower your car, they are struts. coilovers don't give as good of ride as a lowering spring does. If you want a 1.5" drop i'd look at the tokico handling package. Springs and struts and i've heard nothing but good things about it, you can find it on ebay for about 320 or so...

well i was going to get lowering springs with the tokico or koni's but im trying to decide if i should buy the tein coilovers or tokico or koni adjustable shocks with a good pair of lowering springs

if i was goin to do it again i'd buy some sprint springs or H&R race then get some tokico blues, but thats just cause i don't like how coilovers respond to potholes. I'd say unless your going to get the REAL coilovers like tien flex or those 1000 dollar ones like that, then just get lowering springs and good struts.

If you want the car to handle well, its going to ride like shit. If you want a good ride, you should stay with the stock suspension. ANytime you lower the car its going to ride bumpier.

The best of two worlds is to get adjustable shocks and coilovers. You can adjust to where you like the ride to be like.

i was planning on getting the tein coilovers that were 1000 but i dont want a really bumpy ride so im not to sure

i just put on some koni sports and eibach pro kit about a month ago. the konis are adjustable and the softest setting is really smooth. also, the pro kit springs are not that bouncy, so i say its a great combo. also, if u turn up to konis, the car handles really well, but then you have to worry about getting tires and sway bars..... check out www.shox.com they have competitive packages.
