Lowering Problem (Help Please)

you won't NEED adjustable struts. You can go with just like tokico HP's, but if you have the money go with an adjustable strut like the illumina's. i have tokico HP's on my coilovers and the struts helped out the ride alot. Why do you have only a 3/4 inch drop? You probably won't need a camber kit but you will have to have an alignment done, no matter what.

3 in the front, 4 in the back? what do you mean? inches? if you mean inches raise that thing up immediatly. and yes struts for lowered cars, like koni's, tokico's, KYB's. and yes camber kits and alignment.

Which strut do you prefer? I know Koni's are expensive but are they that much better KYB's? Do I need to get the adjustable struts or would it ride good with just struts for lowered cars in your opinion? Let me know. Thanks for the help.

Well i haven't had the illumina's but i've heard nothing but great things about them. It kinda all depends on how much you wanna spend. If you want to go with a good basic lowering strut thats a good performer then spend the 250-300 for the HP's. But if you're going to want to spend more money then step up to the illuminas for about 400. i think the HP's ride just fine, but the adjustable is nice because you can set the stiffness for different ride qualities. Alot of performance shops i go to say to only go with adjustable for coilovers though, but i've heard of plenty of people on here who are just happy with the HP's with coilovers. As for as Koni's and KYB's i couldn't tell ya, someone else can fill you in on them.
