You can see my mods in my profile. But I'm FWD and i want to stiffen the rear for the track, but it'd be nice to adjust em softer for daily driving. I have 2" Tanabe Lowering springs on all 4 corners. Which shocks and struts would be good for me. I've been reading and it sounds like some of the adjustables don't work well withcars lowered 2" . so anyhelp would be great. thanx

Tokicos seem to work well on 2Gs. I had KYB AGX on my 91 and I loved them. You'll have to do a search, see what people say, and shop around.

ya i've been searching, and AGX's were what i wanted to begin with, but it seems like people are saying AGX's and some other adjustable shocks won't work well with lowered cars. So that's why I'm seeing if maybe anyone with a similar setup as me can enlighten me. thanx for the responce tho. latez

From my personal experience, the AGX's worked well on my 1G, but started leaking after 15k on my 2G. i would give the tokiko's a shot if i were you. I know of 3 2G cars that are running AGX's, and all of them are leaking.

I was looking at getting the AGX's. KYB tech support told me that even the newer model ones they made for the 2g's shouldn't be used for anything more than a 1.3" drop. They said they would not warranty the shocks if used for any application that would lower the car more than that.

I just went with the Koni Yellows. They are a little on the expensive side, but I love them.
