2G Rear drum to disc conversion

I am getting stock gs eclipse rear disc brakes and want to replace my drum brakes on my 98 talon n/t. Has anyone done this? If so let me know all the parts i need to do the conversion. I hear it should just bolt right up. all i need are new lines. Let me know!
