Okay, I'm getting 18x7.5 c2 evo rims and I have no friggin idea what package I need to get. I don't even know what the numbers mean. Here are the choices. PLease help I'm a stupid newbster.

18x7.5

Package 1 Package 2 Package 3
(225/40/18) (235/40/18) (245/40/18)
(215/35/18)

I don't think a 245 would fit.

My best guess is a 235 width tire

if they are installing it Ill go 235/40/18. if they send it seperate ill go 225/40/18, since 235 will be harder to get on
is there a price difference? I personally will go 225/40/18 on a 7-7.5" rim

First number (225) is the tire width in millimeters, the second number (40) is the height of the tire (40% of the width), the third number is the rim size that the tire was made for.As far as performance the wider tire will handle better and grip the road better as well, this is due to the wider contact patch.Hope this helps man. :thumb:
