what rotors can i get? stock only?

Ok, i have a 95 Tsi AWD with vented rear rotors. My brakes suck, the rotors are warped really bad. So i figured a broken part is an excuse to upgrade. But the problem is that all the upgrades besides a full big brake kit are only for solid rear rotored cars.

So am i just going to have to stay with replacement stock rotors and just some better pads? Or are there some better slotted or x-drilled rotors that i can use with my ?

I'm not too worried about the performance of the brakes, cuz i know i would feel just fine with stock rotors and some EBC Greenstuff pads. But are stock rotors my ONLY option?

I started my brake modding with PowerSlot rotors .. not bad performance and will likely cost as much as factory OEM replacements.

Don't do the cross drilled...

ok, but they all say they're only for cars with solid rear rotors. Will it matter if i have vented ones and get the other ones?

Not at all...

I noticed you have a '95 ... which if you have the original rotors [that are vented] it means you have an early production '95.

Mitsu/Talons solder later than early '95 don't come with vented rotors. Plus, the rears will not get much heat as it is because the brake booster loads the fronts. Good luck!
