i basically found a vfaq and a info file from RRE and combined them.
first:
http://www.turbomirage.com/mountinserts.htm
basically fill your front and rear motor mount gaps with a hard plastic.
then:
http://www.raktron.com/misc/mt.htm
fill the rest in with silicon then bake in the oven at 150-200 degrees for an hour while keeping a close eye on it.
i am FWD, and holy mother of god. i have only got done with the front and wow. whats wheel hop again? cause i cant remember.
yes i can still get it, but it takes a heck of alot more. just thought i'd include this here because i have not seen this done alot.
i didn use windo weld as RRE says, instead i used this McKanica Black Silicon Sealant from pep boys.
enjoy!
