JIC vs TEIN Type Flex

I am still undecided regarding the suspension. DO type flexes come with upper pillow mounts? how much are they and where do you guys get the best deals for suspensions?

I replied in my original thread regarding the TEINS that Im absolutely amazed with the ride quality. I have the wheels almost tucked all the way around on the GSX right now and it rides SOOOO much better then my GST did with the Koni/GC combo.
