I just picked up a new front pair of KYB AGXs to replace my blown ones, most definately caused by my Eibach springs. What are some springs that will save me from this happening again? I am even open to going back to stock if need be!

I have the Eibach pro kit and havent had a problem!

What do you have the Eibach sport lines?

I am fairly certain it is the pro kit. I didnt buy them, and dont know how to tell the difference by looks. Regardless, some have success, many have failures. I want a sure thing! (or as close as you can get to a sure thing). Has anyone ever gone back to stock springs after having Eibach? I dont plan on replacing the rears, so I dont know if I changed rear springs if it would have a negative effect seeing they have been riding lowered for so long.

The prokit as you probably have (black spring) aren't that stiff. As mentioned in your other thread, your AGX's will blow with just about any aftermaket stiffer spring. They will work very well with stock springs

I don't think the problem is spring rate. The AGX's seem to have enough damping on the higher settings to support higher rate springs. What they don't like is bottoming out.

Stock springs. The AGXs were designed to work with stock springs. Anything shorter will help them die faster. My set lasted about 9 months.

^ had the same problem same setup aswell.. i just said scru it, i got sick of buyn the Agx Adj. if they were cheaper it wouldnt bother me. but i went and bought cheapy monroe struts.
