Help deciding between megan racing coilovers and ksport FWD coilovers they are going a 96 turbo spyder with a bodykit and a stock front bumper with that lip that you get from ebay that makes it really low in the front, i hear that the spyder are a lot heaver that a coupe, all i want is about 1.5 drop at the most....

Did you do a search on the forum. I personally havent come across the two. But FROM WHAT I'VE READ. Now don't flame me for this when the mods tell you to search. But from what I've read. K sport have bad reviews with oil leaks.

The 1st gens had seal issues that lead to leaking. With the 2nd and 3rd they have only gotten better.

Coilovers and cheap shouldn't be used in the same sentence. With that being said why do you need coilovers? %99 of the people that have them don't use the features they offer or set them up correctly in the first place. It's like having an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and keeping the stock pressure.:ohdamn: My car has a basterdized suspension set up (regular springs and struts) and handles amazing. Lastly all the coilovers Ive ever seen are height adjustable, as in you can change the ride height, to what you want. :thumb:

extreme psi has Megan Racing for 799.00 free shipping, I'm picking up a set, just waiting for a check too come in the mail. I'm tired off buying agx and them blowing out all the time.

You really do not need coilovers for what you want to do. It is money that could be spent well someplace else. Get the tokico illumina/spring setup.

The ride will be decent and you will save $2-300 over the Megans or K-Sports. If you want to spend a little more get some koni struts and eibach sportline springs. This would be a far superior setup than ANY coilover under $1000.
