I have a 1G AWD 90 Eclipse stock suspension 130k miles. I'm looking for a suspension setup that will stop the cars lurch on acceleration and shift. I'm not so concerned about how the car rides, I live in Michigan so the roads suck anyways, and even a Cadillac suspension bottoms out in places.

The Intrax springs give a 2" drop
The Sportline Springs give a 1.75" drop
The Sprint springs give a 2.25" drop

I have not been able to find any decent posts about Intrax springs on a 1G. Does anyone have these springs?

Also how soon is it likely that I would need to replace my struts after lowering the car? I'm looking at AGX's for the front and standard GR2 struts for the back.

I don't need an adjustable coilover, I'm happy with a standard spring. Any mounts or bushings I should replace with better ones when I'm doing this job?

i'm in the same boat as you (or was)...
i have a 90 GSX, had all the stock suspenion with 145K on the clock.

a few heads-up: get all new bumpstops. you'll wanna trim them to work with the new lowering springs. also may want to get new dust boots. my rear lower mounts were terrible to get off, you will prob need a puller to get them free.

i got GR-2's all around and Progress springs. i'm pretty happy with teh outcome but i have no front bumpstops right now (they are going back on this weekend).
