my brakes are acting all weird...

hey guys well i just finished changing my brake pads... i bled the brake lines and i started the car...OH SNAP i didnt pump the brake before i started the car now when i started driving the brake pedal goes all the way to the floor and i have to pump the brake 3 or 4 times before it starts grabbing... can anyone help me with my problem

air in the lines or you have a leak...

Air in your lines. When you bleed the brakes you have to make sure that you get ALL the bubbles out. If you didn't pump your brakes at all...you are guaranteed to have air in your lines. You are going to have to start over...here is an article that tells you all you need to know for a one man job...
