I have been searching around the net and have been gathering information on how best to fix the suspension in my car. I purchased the car from a private owner that cut the springs and though the car looks very nice, I feel like I should have a fighter pilot helmet on while driving so I don't get knocked out.

I have found alot of really great information, for everything but the Spyder GS-T. I know its heavier in the rear so the normal GS-T lowering springs won't work, I heard get the GSX springs but every set I look at seems to say no Spyder... which way do I go?

I have a 1997 Spyder GS-T with 18" rims 225/40, I'm not looking for anything to extreme, I'm very low at the moment and I'm slowly loosing the speed bump war with my apartment complex, I would like to pick up a bit, I was looking at some pictures and it looks like a 1.5 drop would be my ideal lowering limit, any suggestions?

I have already purchased Tokico Illuminas for the shocks, I checked around and they appeared to be the best for the cash, but I can return them, so if anyone has a combination suggestion I'm open.

In addition if anyone knows a good shop in Miami to have the work done at, I'm searching so let me know, thanks!

I have a '97 Spyder GS-T with 225/40-18 and the GSX Eibach Pro springs. I'm running Bridgstone Potenza SO-3 tires. It's a terrific handling combination but I do have rubbing problems in the rear. I called Eibach and they told me to roll the fender lips up and that's supposed to fix it.

Hitting bumps is not that bad at all, but it depends on your definition of bump.

I'm starting to look at the possibility of coil-overs if I decide not to roll the fenders.

I bought the FWD which is model HPK231. It's the complete suspension kit (Tokico blues and Tokico springs). I was going to get cambers but the shop who installed it said that I don't need it. I'll try to post some pictures this weekend, I forgot to do it last weekend.
