I have Dunlop tires on my stock 90 talon wheels, the tires are brand new but the wheels are all bent (bought the car that way) so its a really bumpy ride. I think the tires are 205/something, but they're on the stock rims so what size dimensions for rims do I have to look for so that I can just take my tires off and put them on the new rims?

If they are the stock size tires they are 205/55r16. There are different width of rims that they will fit. I would get ahold of your local Goodyear or go on Dunlop's website and find out what width rim they are reccomended for. Different tires have different reccomendations even though they are the same size.

If you are looking for aftermarket rims. Your most likely gonna find 16x7 wheels. That will be perfect. Just go out, look, find what you like and post back what size's etc that your looking at.

so I can't just buy rims that are the same width as my stock wheels? I apologize but I'm bad with all the wheel dimensions. I know I need 16's, but other than that, I have no idea.

Thats not what I meant. If you do what I said then you will have more of a variety to choose from. Yes you can just pick up some rims that are the same width as your stock ones. But if you do what I said then Dunlop will give you an acceptable range of widths to use. For example they might say that for your specific tire they would reccomend a rim width of 6.5-8.0 inches. So if you did that then you can get a rim in 6.5, 7, 7.5, or 8 inches. Obviously that will give you more rim options then just looking for ones the same width as stock. You might not even find ones you like that are the same width as stock.

Somewhere between 6.5 to 7.5 will be fine. Just find some rims and post them up. Or even go to tire rack, etc look at rims. There are literally tons of places. I mean crap I have my stock rims sitting in my dad's machine shop. Sitting there since I took them off like 2 years ago. He actually wants me to get rid of them....

when i had a 1g, i had gotten new tires on the stock rims. i hated em cause they were hubcabs. so i went to pep boys, got 4 proline wheels for like 200 n some change. they looked awsome. gunmetal 10 spokes that kinda like the Motegi MR4's. they still got them. i just saw em today. the give the recomended stock size too.
