I have installed an Ingalls camber kit on the front and rear on my 95 GSX and I have noticed that a small portion of my upper control arm was bent on a small portion. My assumption is that with the camber kit installed and the camber brought back out to -0.6 degrees, the small support/pinch weld was bent down due to hitting the wheel well. Im going to try and get a picture soon.
I guess that since the Tokico shock/spring kit installed brings the camber in from dropping 2" in the front then pushing it out would make it bind a bit.
On the whole, I love this kit and would recommend it. Just keep an eye out for interference (that means driving slow, windows down, and radio off...which is hard to do sometimes:) )
 
It's not the Tokiko kit that caused the thread-starter's problem; it's the Ingalls camber kit. As has been mentioned several times before, any kit that "corrects" front camber by moving the upper arms outward will soon cause the outer ends of the arms to hit the wheel wells. This means that you have a choice (after lowering your car by around this amount): you can run a bit more camber than before, maybe doing some testing before putting the car on the road, to dial out as much camber as you can while still avoiding the arm-to-well contact; or you just keep the excessive camber and love the ability to turn.

Now, those of you "blessed" with GS-Ts might not like the second option, since it will cost you a lot on the launch, but the thread-starter has a GS-X, and I'm writing for him.

ps. the term "bind" should not be used for arm-to-well contact or anything like it; this word should be reserved for situations when non-coaxial points of articulation make a suspension component hard to move; for an example of this, have an idiot install a camber kit and/or try to use one to add or subtract some caster
 
Nothing? Nothing? His car just dropped two inches and, therefore, required a front camber kit because gravity is, for some reason, always stronger in his location? Is that your theory?

Well, you know what I'm talking about. I was expecting to read about some problem or issue with Tokico Illuminas
 
true about the bind...anyways, I think I lost my camera :(. In any matter sorry for the misleading thread. I guess it should have been titled 'suspension interference with camber kits, etc.' Something like that.
Also I have said this before somewhere else, but like most people who have this setup..I love it! Totally worth the just barely $500 to the door and the 3 hours of time to install. I also like that note on 'binding'. Dont know where my head is considering Im starting to work in the field more and more now.
