How the h3ll to i instal bushings...

ok i have no idea how im suposed to get the old bushings out... they are insate all mettel and stuff... with ruber and then that shell.... i mean i have heard that your suposedr to burn them out??? but then how do you et that other mettle piece out? crazy

First off double check your spelling and trash, I can understand a few typos but DAYUM.

What bushings are you taking about? If it is the ones in the front upper are then a press is the best way to get them out.

all, front uper, rear upper, the rear lower arms, the rear trailing thing, i got the full energy suspension kit

You can either cut them with a dremal, tin snips if your good, or better yet, take those pieces to a shop and have them remove them with a press.

i heard that a press woudl cuase the ruber part to expand and messup the arms?

Well then, use a dremal and start the cut. Cut and then use the pliers and peel it. in most cases this works.
