i have dropzone coilovers on right know and they are as high as they can go but if i get my camber fixed and later decide to lower it with the coilovers for a show or something and then put it back up to where it was will that screw up my camber again?
 
Most likely, yes. It may not be to the point of needing an adjustment, but changes in suspension geometry, change camber characteristics.
