ive searched and all i came up with are complete kits for front n rear, or links not working on some sites. i only need the rear for my 92 awd to see if thats the problem to my brakes not disengaging properly. thanks:thumb:

This probably isn't too much help but I only needed the rears as well since the front lines in the kit wouldn't work with my Wilwood calipers. I wasn't able to find just the rears so I bought the complete set from RRE and was easily able to sell just the front lines to another dsmer.

What makes you think it's the lines? Have you tried bleeding system? If you are getting fluid to bleed through the nipple then I don't see how a clogged line could be the problem. More likely it's a caliper that needs to be rebuilt.

Thanks guys:thumb:

My caliper seized, and took the rotor along with it. so i replaced the caliper, rotor, and new pads. it still makes the same sound like my pad is still sticking to the rotor as im driving, and i know that my rotor is deteriorating once again. i made a post on here a couple weeks back about this problem, and a fellow dsmer said it could be the brake line dissentigrating from the inside. i dont know what else it would be. any other suggestions? thanks

If you think it might be the lines, then don't worry about if their braided or not, just go pick up a cheap set of stock lines from AutoZone or somewhere and try them out. Hell, for that matter, find a buddy and snagg his for a test drive or go to the wrecking yard and pick up a set just to try.

Did you have both checked? If not then check the other caliper to see if it siezed as well, both of my rear calipers where siezed from the guy that I bought it off of, and the rear pads touched the rotor constantly, so I replaced all rotors, all pads, and all the calipers, and the noise from I went away. If you think its the brake lines then go to the classifieds section find a 1G thats being parted out and get all of his brake lines for cheap, put them on and see if it solves your problem...also make sure there are no air pockets in the lines.

only my rear passenger side is seized because i changed the pads on both sides when i initially thought it was the pads going out and the caliper was fine. but yeah, ill just look for some oem lines first, save some moneyROFL but does it matter if its from a 1ga or 1gb or fwd or awd?

thanks

Are you talking the rear calipers or lines? Think the rear calipers are the same for 2g's except for the ones that came with vented rear disks. The 1g's will have different rear calipers as their parking brake is part of the caliper. As for the lines 1g & 2g are different but I don't think there's a difference between awd & fwd.
