Back when I was researching a good coilover setup, I ran across DG's discussion on these.

My question is: Do they really make a big difference? I know they're meant to reduce the bending force on the shock rods, but is this more of a preventive maintenance part, or one that genuinely improves handling? I remember DG saying these are essential to any real coilover setup ... Thoughts? Comments? Anyone ever use these on a DSM or any other car?

Hyperc load-levelers can only deal with rather small angles. They are also very expensive. If you already have coaxial hats and very fancy shocks, then maybe you'd add these, too, but 99.99% of us will have no use for them.

ps. I can find no thread where Dennis says these are a must
