best spring/shock setup for AWD

I have a 95 AWD eclipse. Lately i've been thinking about getting new springs, but when i looked in the wheel well it looked like crap. Everything was all coroded and crapped out. It still handles really good, but i wanted some input from some AWD peeps on how they set up thier suspension. Did anyone not change the stock shocks? Is it a good idea to get both at the same time? Any input would help.

ground control coilovers, and tokiko shocks!!! at tha track i'm out handling m3's and even nsx's... but its also cuz of tha driver
