is it possible to cut my springs to lower and how much damage will it do in the long run
 
Cut your springs and then cut the wires on your internet connection so we don't have to see stupid questions like this.

If your math and measurements are right, you can cut your springs, lower the car a small amount, and get a firmer ride.

You will need shocks to back it up.

However, your car won't be slammed.
 
i got this 92 non turbo eclipse to daily drive while i put a new trans in my 96awd
i just figured ide slam it to make it look sick.. i know a kid wit a cavalier that cut his springs and it slammed it... it just rode like shit

You are being cruel to the English language.

You are talking about a cosmetic mod in a performance forum.

I AM NOT FOR WHAT YOU ARE ABOUT TO DO AND IM NOT SAYING GO DO THIS, but.... their is a kid in town that has cut springs on his 91 awd talon and it seems to be doing alright camber is a little off tho.

Lol..It's not alright.

Please don't ask about performing a "modificatiion" that will only harm the car.

Also doing a keyword search like it says in red before you post a thread would have answered this.
