Ok after much deliberation i decided to get 17x8 Wheels. Now heres the question. I have H&R Springs with AGX's approximate 1.3" drop. Now Will a 235/45/17 fit without rubbing or should i stick with 225/45/17's.

Thanks,

BTW its a 91 AWD

It is going to depend on the offset. What offset are you running? I have 17X8 with 40 mm offset. Currently running 215/45 R17, probably going to 225/45, but considering 245/40. Mike at DSS says they run 245/40 without too much problems. At full lock, the tire will rub the plastic fender liner a bit, but he says it has never caused any problems. I really want to go with the 245 wide tires, but I am afraid they are going to stick out too far and look stupid. I haven't made my decision yet.
